Defined through an agreed Statement of Work (SoW) with clear deliverables, ownership and measurable outcomes. This model is ideal for organisations needing structured support for a specific initiative such as platform improvements, discovery phases, cloud optimisation, or product delivery across a 3–6 month period and beyond.

Short-term Sprints​


Designed for focused engagements lasting two to four weeks. This includes rapid discovery, Jira and delivery workflow setup, cloud or FinOps assessments, backlog triage, or documentation and product artefact creation.
