Defined through an agreed Statement of Work (SoW) with clear deliverables, ownership and measurable outcomes. This model is ideal for organisations needing structured support for a specific initiative such as platform improvements, discovery phases, cloud optimisation, or product delivery across a 3–6 month period and beyond.

Short-term Sprints​


Designed for focused engagements lasting two to four weeks. This includes rapid discovery, Jira and delivery workflow setup, cloud or FinOps assessments, backlog triage, or documentation and product artefact creation. Perfect when you need quick momentum or specialist support without long-term commitment.

Fractional Support​


Suitable when full-time staffing isn’t required, but consistent expert input is. This model works well for managing platforms post–go-live, supporting product strategy, steering delivery, or maintaining FinOps and cost governance. We agree on the level of involvement required, from a few hours a week to recurring advisory sessions.
